Maybe try right-clicking on the link and use the "Save As" command - it seems to work better sometimes. Please let me know how that goes.

I tried the download this morning and it worked fine, just by clicking on it, I did it the same way as yesterday (It would not download then) and today it downloaded. I am not sure why sometimes the file just will not download, lol. If I notice any issues in future download problems, I will make notes and advise you of the details.
