Some of those Life Factors are already available in some packs, but I put together a pack just about sleeping. Would you need to track anything else or is that the full list?

Also, is "Lighting" a text field or do you wish to choose from a number of options (drop down), if it should be predefined options, can you please tell me which ones?

lighting could be text or drop down either way. i just know that i sleep differently depending on how dark my room is etc.
