Default Something for people with mental disorders

I know that that is a huge area to cover, but the basics are there for most people:

    Moods
    Anxiety
    Triggers
    Medication
    Medication effect
    etc...

    can this be done?

    thx

    Absolutely!

Most of the things you mention are already covered by existing Life Factors (in various groups). If you can provide more details on what other factors you'd need to monitor, I'm sure a pack can be put together.

    Thank you,

    Dennis

    Default Thank you!!

I'll use the next couple of days to put stuff together; but mainly it would be something where we can chart each day, how he's doing at school, with focus etc. If I'm asking for too much, by all means let me know. But if you can help with this, it would probably make diagnosing my son easier (tentative diagnosis is bi-polar, poor kid), if I had someway of charting his ups and downs, school focus, conflicts etc..

If you need any help from me, I'm willing to learn, and am very quick at it. :-)

    Thx ahead of time!

Yes, the best way is to start with the trial and see what Life Factors you will use from the ones already included with the program. After that you are welcome to post what you need here and we'll discuss how best to add those.

Or, if you feel comfortable with using SDS, you can try to create Life Factors - if you need help on how to do that, please ask and I'll gladly give you instructions on what to do.

I have Bipolar Disorder and I have to track my mood using a mood chart. Here is what is on that chart. I don't know if you would need all the information or if you would need to add it but this is what I track on a daily/monthly basis. If I can further assist you please let me know. Thanks hope this helps.

That's great information - thank you!

I'll make up a small pack based on that information and we can modify/expand it till it covers everything you need.

I've put together a Mental pack (attached to this message) as a starting point. It doesn't include specific "medication taken" life factors, as those need to be done on a per-user basis, I'd say. Or it should be just one "medication taken" that would specify whether all or none medication was taken?

In any case, please give it a try (maybe create a new diary, to make sure your real one is clean if you need to change things) and let me know if any adjustments/additions need to be made.

    Thanks!

    Question Some more questions?

I just downloaded and installed this program last night and already I am finding it very useful. I also installed the Mental Pack you had here, but have a question about it. How do you get it chart on a graph? I would like to see this on a graph all by its self.
