    Default Improving the Diary Function

Hello. You have made a quality product and I thank you for it. I have a suggestion that might improve your product even further.

Even though SDS is a very good PIM, I doubt that I will be able to fully integrate it into my lifestyle because the diary function is simply inadequate for the numerous diary logs I would input everyday. I currently use Advaned Diary (http://www.csoftlab.com/), and its design has allowed me to take advantage of its several diaries and keep it in one database.

In the SDS currently, you can have one linear 'Diary', with different catagories as you customize. All the diary entries will be under this one all inclusive diary. But in Advanced Diary you are able to add as many parallel 'Diaries' as you like, each encompassing its own entry log.

If I were to export all my diary logs to SDS, I would need more than 20 catagories, and I have diary entries for each catagory everyday. That would be a cluttered diary. But on the other hand, if SDS supported more than one diary then I might be able to organize my entries into the 20 or more diaries, enabling me to micro manage my day to day life in an even more efficient manner.

I request that you implement parallel diaries that the user might be able to add themselves. A nice folder tree is always easily navigatable. A good example of this is program which I have linked above.

Thank you for reading my suggsetion. I really enjoy the quality product you have created, and I hope that you may further improve upon it.

    Thank you for the suggestion.

I have an idea about how this can be done, so I'll mark it down on my list and look at implementing it in the near future.

I'm always glad to know how SDS can be improved further, so just let me know.

Thank you for your quick response. I currently am using Smart Diary Suite along with Advanced Diary, but I really do look forward to the day that I might totally convert over.

There are lots of features that are on the development list, so SDS is set to evolve. All of those features are coming from user's suggestions - so please keep them coming!
