Thumbs up FAQ: How to import Life Factors

After you download the Life Factor pack that is of interest of you, please go to your Life Factors dialog (from the menu - Diary -> Customize -> Configure Life Factors or use the toolbar button) and in that dialog you'll see the Import button. Use that to select the file you downloaded and you'll see the import dialog that will allow you to choose what exactly you want to import and if you wish to place it in a group of its own.

That is all well and good, however where do you go to dowload Life Factor packs?

They are located right in this same forum - just look for topics that start with "Life Factor" and in the title you'll see what the life factor pack is generally about.

The import categories don't include a Smart Diary version 4 bubble. What category of import do we use to import these life factors into SD Medical suite version 4?

I am not sure that I understand what you mean - can you please tell me what you meant by the "bubble"?

I was doing it wrong...I was in Tools ->Import -> and the two options were Smart Diary 2 or 3 (those were the "bubbles").
