    Tip 1: To assign an item to a new category, you don't have to go to the Categories dialog to create one, instead you can directly type in the combo box and if that category does not exist, it'll be created for you.

    Tip 2: To quickly delete all items in a life factor group, while still keeping the group, you can select this group in the Life Factors dialog and click Delete.

    Tip 3: To get more life factors added to your diary, visit the Life Factor Central (located at http://forum.psunrise.com/forumdisplay.php?f=9) - you can download Life Factor packs to expand your SDS there!

    Tip 4: To fully control how your diary, task, note, nutrition, medication and contact entries are shown and sorted on screen right-click on the list header (where the columns are), then select Show Group Box and drag column headers there to arrange and sort them any way you like.

    Tip 5: To have access and use the full USDA nutritional database, use the Ingredients -> Generate Default menu item in Nutrition. This will import the data and it'll be ready for you to use immediately.

    Tip 6: Smart Diary Suite will keep your entries private! To configure privacy settings use the Tools -> Options -> Privacy configuration page. And of course set a password for your diary. Your entries are protected by an industry-standard encryption, so you can rest assured that no unauthorized eyes will see your private entries.

    Tip 7: Check out Tools -> Options to access lots of configuration settings that will make SDS even more personal for you.

    Tip 8: To change the parent item of a Task or a Note just select that item and drag-drop it to a new parent.

    Tip 9: To change the category for multiple items at the same time, select those items, right click and use the Set Category option.
