I exported the Note with picture to an .rtf file. I was unable to retrieve the image from Wordpad. When I right clicked the image in SDS, a menu popped up. There was no option to directly export the image to an external file. And when I copy-paste the image, the image cannot be pasted directly in Microsoft Paint, neither in Photoshop. There must also be an option in the Menu that the Image is copied to Clipboard so that I can paste it in Microsoft paint, and in Photoshop. I request you that you add these two features so that I and anyone else can be able to export the images either to the files, or into the Windows Clipboard. I would be awaiting these two features in the upcoming updates. I also wanted to tell that a high quality and a high resolution photocopy picture takes > 15mb file size and even more memory. It would be nice that I can insert and open that much large images. All the images, etc. displayed in a note be listed as attachments to export.

    Hello Tushar,

The image should be exported when your use the Tools -> Export diary. Also, probably in the next update, there will be a feature to attach any file to an entry, so you could attach an image and it would be stored in the database in its original form and you could save it out to disk at any time later.

    Dear Dennis,

There might be an important feature missing. You have provided the Image insertion feature, but I am unable to export that image to an external file. This feature is very crucial because SDS will hold important photocopied images, and SDS must be capable to copy the images into Windows Clipboard, should be able to print them, and should be able to export the selected image/photo to an external file in it's original quality and extension. Please add this feature. I was adding photocopy images for emergency uses in the SDS but was unable to retrieve them or print them. If already there is any feature to do these works, please guide me.

    Thank you,
    Tushar

    Hello Jenn,

At the moment, there's no functionality to combine modes (e.g. Schedule and Tasks) into one screen for a couple of reasons, the main being that it will become rather cluttered. The idea is that you can quickly look at the Overview tab and see what's coming up. I know it's not really the same as what you describe and I will give this some thought. Any input is greatly appreciated!

Regarding fonts - normally the system font is used, but I can look into adding an option to change that too.

    Thank you,

    Dennis

    Hello Dennis,
I am a physician in Canada with a number of patients who I think would benefit from this program; as well, I think I would enjoy using it as well. I have two questions, about the appearance of the program. First, is there a way to have a split screen, such that the calendar shows the day on half the screen, and that day's tasks listed on the other half of the screen? I used the Palm desktop software for years until I left Mac to use a PC; the PC program is different (and of course neither have the other cool features that yours does) and I miss it terribly! The other question is with regard to font - is it possible to customize the font, for instance, the tasks, so that it matches the great-looking font used on the schedule screen? I find that many programs aren't customizable - again, it's not something essential, but when you're looking at something all day it's nice to have it look the way you want it to!
    Thanks,

No, TrialPay would not pay me more than the offer you've chosen, so at most I'd get around 30%, usually around 20-25% of the original price. It's just another channel I use to let people purchase SDS at a discount (or free), but to me personally it's not an attractive option However, I'm glad such an option exists and it does allow people to get SDS cheaper, so in the end it's a win-win situation. If I had to choose between more people using SDS and getting more money per copy sold (but selling less) I'd choose (and that's what I've done) to have more people use it. Cheers!

    Hi,

You can have an unlimited number of voice messages per day, as long as you create as many diary entries. Basically, the rule is that you can have one voice recording (message) per diary entry. They are stored inside the diary file, so they're not external and are protected by the same encryption and password settings as your whole diary.

Please let me know if I can help you further.

    Thanks!

    Dennis

P.S. It might be better if you'd PM me or use the forum to ask questions (or my e-mail), because this "Visitor messages" is not the most straight-forward way. Thank you.

    Hi Dennis,

I bought SDS4 and used it with joy. Thanks.
One question for you. It seems that I can only see and play one voice message per day even when I record 2 voice messages on the same day. Besides, may I know where do the voice messages stored in the computer?
    Best Regards,
    Brianhwang

    Hi Toni,

    No toubles at all.

It looks like it could be installed with the Marvell hardware drivers (do you have any Marvell hardware?) to possibly provide feedback about your usafe of the hardware/software (drivers?) back to Marvell and *maybe* get updates. It's a bity hazy, as you found out. I'd say it's quite safe to remove it, because if it's really required for something to run, that program will complain You could always reinstall it later if needed.

Does it take a lot of CPU/memory while it's running? Is it running as a service?
