Medication List

I would like to enter medications I have taken in the past -- not taking now and have comments to say "worked well", "Took two weeks to titrate up", "gave me stomach problems", etc. Or even to put in things like a round of antibiotics for 10 days from 2/5/07 - 2/15/07. what for and worked.

You can actually enter medications taken in the past by simply choosing an issue date from the past. You can also create a schedule for it (using the "Create Schedule" button to specify a round of antibiotics for 10 days, for example).

The one thing that I don't have is the comment, which I agree, would be useful. I will add this for the next beta version update.

There's now a comment field for medications, so you can enter any additional data you wish!
