There should be a way to add additional unit types for ingredients. Right now there is not way to even say you want 1 apple without weighing the apple.

I also found problems when trying to add or edit ingredients from the new recipe window.
1. When new ingredients are added, they are not visable in the ingredient pane until the recipe is exited and reopened.
2. When you try to edit an existing ingredient from the recipe window, a different ingredient's edit window opens up.
