Which edition you need to download when updating

If you are updating from v4.2.3 or below, please take notice that SDS has been split into 2 separate applications now - Smart Diary Suite 4 and Smart Diary Suite 4 Medical.

If you own a Lite or Home license, please download this file:

http://bin.psunrise.com/SmartDiarySuite4-setup.exe

Otherwise, if you own the Ultimate license, you need to download this file:

http://bin.psunrise.com/SmartDiarySuite4Medical-setup.exe

Basically, the Ultimate edition has been renamed into Medical. This change will allow both editions to grow without hindering each other.

I D/l'd the home edition and it says that the trial has expired. When I try to re-enter the registration code, it says that it is invalid. Am I doing something wrong?

You probably have an Ultimate edition registration key, which will only work in the Medical edition (it will be rejected in Lite/Home). Do you remember which edition you had before?

I thought I had the home edition, but maybe I'm mistaken. I d/l'd the medical version and I'll try it as soon as I finish supper; (priorities, you know:happy:).

Same thing; almost. It still asks for a registration number, says it is incalid for my name, then goes to the menu of actions. I can open a diary, create a new diary, everything seems to work. I do have the 'fibromyalgia' edition.:blushed:. I'm going to try again, making certain the spelling and capitalization are correct. The number that comes up has numbers and letters, while the code that is in the registration e-mail, (actually it has 2, one for diary and 1 for fibromyalgia), is all numeric.

I spoke too soon; when I open a diary, it only has the 1st two tabs on the bottom of the right hand section.:confused:

That is registration code for v3, not v4 ;) You should have a code for v4 - if you can't find it, please send me an e-mail (or a PM) and I'll find your lost code then.
