Would like the ability to print the body and description text for Diary section all one after the other, i.e. not one entry per page:

Something like:

02-oct-2007, Tue 08:37:07
Description: xxxxxxxxxxxxx
Body: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxx
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

03-oct-2007, Wed 08:29:50
Description: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Body: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx x
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

and so on...

Possibility to print on the right of the text a box containing the info/values entered through the "Options".

Actually, the layout of the bottom portion of the diary could do the trick since it has all the above information, but without the borders and facing, just simple text.

I included a screenshot of the diary, had to reduce it to fit - not sure if it will be readable though but gives an idea of what I am trying to explain.

Thank you Susan,

Yes, printing is one of the areas that will be completely changed for the better too. I agree with what you are saying and certainly the new version will allow to print entries one after the other with parameters as well.

Best regards,

Dennis

I know for me import and export options make a big difference. Many will have already been keeping journals of some kind in RTF or DOC or even plain ol TXT. The ability to import or export these types helps alot.

Yes, the upcoming version will have full MS-Word, RTF and other formats import/export.

I too will appreciate printing more than one entry on a page. I think it's great to have it electronically but would like to print it once in a while for backup and reading.

Please try the new printing in Smart Diary Suite 4 - you can now choose whether to start each entry on a new page or print continuosly; you can also choose to print parameters and the pain map as well.

Let me know if you'd like to see any changes/additions to how entries are printed.
